How do YOU bless the Lord at all times?

On Monday, I posted the song by Andre Crouch "I will bless the Lord at all times."

I remember playing that song over and over a few years ago. The message helped me do what was right to do. I haven't always blessed the Lord at all times, nor have I felt like blessing Him.

It can be a little difficult blessing the Lord at all times when you don't feel like it. Blessing the Lord at all times means blessing Him in times when things don't go right, times when you have more questions than answers, times when God seems distance.

Though difficult, blessing the Lord at all times is just something that is right to do, no matter what is happening in our personal lives.

If we'd remember that it is not about us, but about God and His plans and purposes, then we would bless the Lord at ALL times!

Oh magnify the Lord with me and let us exalt His name together.

It's All About Him…

God, the center of the universe has made all things to center around his Son. All things are by him and all things are for him. Whatever exists in this world is for Jesus. Whatever happens in my life is for Jesus. All things are for Jesus. Jesus, the Son of God is who it is all about. It's not about you.

If something you consider good happens in your life, it's not about you. It's for Jesus. If something you consider bad happens in your life, guess what? It's not about you; it's for Jesus. Everything is for Jesus. When you go to worship with other saints, it's not to make you feel better; it's for Jesus. If you happen to feel better as a result, that might be because you are connected to Jesus. You get the benefits, but he gets the glory.

You go to work for Jesus. You get married for Jesus. You remain single for Jesus. You have children for Jesus. You don't have children for Jesus. You have the ability to get wealth for Jesus. You sell all you have and give it to the poor for Jesus. If you have given your all to Jesus, then your life is for Jesus. Begin to see all of life for Jesus. The difficulty on your job is for Jesus. The problems in your marriage are for Jesus. Your great relationship with your husband is for Jesus. The troubles you have with your children are for Jesus. Your wonderful friendships are for Jesus. Your in-law problems, boyfriend struggles, ex issues are all for Jesus. At least it all can be, if you begin to relate to the center of the universe as the center of your life and cease thinking it's all about you.
